Before attempting to flash or update your device, ensure you have the following:
If you purchased through a VAR (Value Added Reseller), they have access to the official SDK and firmware repository. Request the "SP Flash Tool" package.
Flashing takes 3-5 minutes. Do not disconnect the cable. Once a green checkmark appears, close SP Flash Tool and unplug the device.
Go to the app, tap the three dots (menu) in the top right, and select Local Updates .
