The rules differ for Northern Ireland (NI). The GP69 form is specifically for (England, Scotland, Wales). Northern Ireland has its own vehicle registration system (DVA – Driver & Vehicle Agency). If you export a vehicle from NI, you do not use the GP69 process. Instead, you notify the DVA in Coleraine.
