A tech billionaire (Ryan Reynolds) fakes his own death and recruits a team of international operatives to take down a brutal dictator.

The team's mission is to take down oppressive regimes and corrupt governments, using their skills and resources to disrupt the systems and bring justice to those who have been wronged. Their first target is the dictator of a fictional African country, who has been responsible for numerous human rights abuses. As the team carries out their mission, they encounter various obstacles and challenges, including government agents, corrupt officials, and henchmen.
