Log in to 192.168.0.1 , go to Administration (or System Tools ) > Firmware Upgrade , and select your file.

If this is for home use, replace it with a modern router (e.g., Tenda AC10, or any WiFi 5/6 router). Use the F3 only as a temporary or isolated network device.
