Legal and ethical considerations

Not all M3U lists are created equal. A "top" playlist must pass four tests:

Never download an .apk file from a Telegram IPTV group. Never enter your credit card details into a "free" portal. A genuine M3U playlist is just text—it ends in .m3u or .m3u8 . If someone sends you a file named setup.exe or player.apk , block them immediately.
