This paper treats the utterance as a linguistic artefact and investigates (i) its lexical composition, (ii) the sociocultural connotations of the term beurette , (iii) the morpho‑phonological processes behind the neologism s39effeuille , and (iv) the performative functions such expressions serve within online francophone communities. Drawing on corpus‑based analysis, semi‑structured interviews with French‑speaking adolescents (ages 15‑24), and discourse‑analytic frameworks, the study demonstrates how the utterance reflects a hybridized identity politics, the re‑appropriation of pejorative ethnic labels, and the influence of leetspeak and emoji‑style orthography on French written vernacular.
