Distributing a portable version of Word violates Microsoft's EULA (End User License Agreement). While downloading it for personal use is rarely prosecuted, distributing it is illegal. More importantly, if your employer catches you installing unlicensed software on their hardware, that is a fireable offense.
If your goal is to use Word 2013 to create "proper posts" (such as for a blog), the software includes a dedicated template.
If you truly own a license for Microsoft Office 2013, install it on your own laptop. But for the rest of the world moving between PCs, the era of hacking executables onto USB drives is over. The cloud and open-source communities have already solved this problem more elegantly and safely than any torrent ever could.
